Our transmission builders and automotive technicians have a wealth of knowledge and experience, so we are able to handle most repairs that your vehicle might need. Flat rate pricing is more difficult since COVID-19 because production shortages have caused the cost of parts and fluids to fluctuate almost daily. When a customer brings their vehicle in, we do our best to quickly diagnose the customer's vehicle and call the customer to go over the repair estimate before starting on any of the work the customer's vehicle needs.

Typically there is no charge to the customer for checking the vehicle our and diagnosing any issues. There are occasionally scenarios that require more work to diagnose and there is sometimes a charge for these cases, but we always call the customer to go over these charges and get authorization before performing these more in-depth diagnosis procedures.
